Eligibility
To enjoy $8 off with a minimum spend of $88 on wines, customers must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be a member of the FairPrice Group app.
- Be a new member of the Just Wine Club. This offer is not applicable to existing or renewing members.
- Be aged 18 years and above.
- Each FairPrice Group App Member/Link account is considered a unique participant in the campaign.
Terms & Conditions
- The promotion ("Campaign") is organised by FairPrice Group Co-operative Ltd ("Organiser").
- Eligible members may enjoy $8 off with a minimum spend of $88 on applicable wines, purchased via the FairPrice Group app or at FairPrice, FairPrice Finest and FairPrice Xtra stores. This voucher is not valid on Chinese/Japanese/Korean wines, liquor, beer, other alcoholic drinks, or wines supplied and sold by Marketplace sellers through the FairPrice Group App or website.
- The voucher will be issued directly to the eligible member's FairPrice Group app voucher wallet.
- The voucher is valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers will not be extended or reissued.
- Each eligible member is limited to one (1) redemption.
- To redeem, members must apply the voucher and redeem it via the FairPrice Group app during checkout for payment. Redemption will not be honoured after payment has been made.
- The $8 discount will be applied to the qualifying wine items in the transaction. The voucher may not be applied to delivery fees, service charges or non-qualifying items.
- This offer may be stacked on top of the Just Wine Club member 8% wine discount where applicable.
- This offer is non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
- The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion, to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Campaign, in whole or in part; and (c) change the date and time of the Campaign. In the event of a dispute, the Organiser's decision is final and conclusive.
- No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser should any reward or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with the terms herein.
- Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant.
- By participating in the Campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may collect, use and disclose their personal data as provided in the Link and/or Just Wine Club membership application, for the following purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Organiser's Personal Data Protection Policy ("PDP Policy") available at https://help.fairprice.com.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4464676591129-Privacy-Notice-: (i) to provide any marketing materials that participants have agreed to receive; and (ii) for any and all purposes set out in the Organiser's PDP Policy.
- Participants agree to the Organiser's PDP Policy, which sets out the Organiser's personal data protection practices, including how participants may access and correct their personal data or withdraw consent to its collection, use or disclosure.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and all participants shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
