Terms and Conditions for Just Wine Club New Member Welcome Offer | 50% Off a House Pour at The Grocer Bar

Eligibility

To enjoy 50% off a house pour at The Grocer Bar, customers must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be a member of the FairPrice Group app.
  • Be a new member of the Just Wine Club. This offer is not applicable to existing or renewing members.
  • Be aged 18 years and above.
  • Each FairPrice Group App Member/Link account is considered a unique participant in the campaign.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion ("Campaign") is organised by FairPrice Group Co-operative Ltd ("Organiser").
  2. Eligible members may enjoy 50% off one (1) glass of house pour at participating The Grocer Bar outlets at FairPrice Finest during operating hours.
  3. "House pours" refers to the designated house wines as listed on The Grocer Bar menu at the time of redemption. Premium wines, wines by the bottle, cocktails and other beverages are excluded.
  4. The voucher will be issued directly to the eligible member's FairPrice Group app voucher wallet.
  5. The voucher is valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers will not be extended or reissued.
  6. Each eligible member is limited to one (1) redemption.
  7. To redeem, members must apply the voucher and redeem it via the FairPrice Group app during checkout for payment. Redemption will not be honoured after payment has been made.
  8. The offer is valid for dine-in only, while stocks last.
  9. Proof of age may be requested at the point of redemption. The Organiser and The Grocer Bar staff reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is under 18 years of age, is unable to produce valid proof of age or appears intoxicated.
  10. All consumption of alcohol is subject to the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015 and the licensed operating hours of The Grocer Bar. Please drink responsibly.
  11. This offer is non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
  12. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion, to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Campaign, in whole or in part; and (c) change the date and time of the Campaign. In the event of a dispute, the Organiser's decision is final and conclusive.
  13. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser should any reward or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with the terms herein.
  14. Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant.

  15. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may collect, use and disclose their personal data as provided in the Link and/or Just Wine Club membership application, for the following purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Organiser's Personal Data Protection Policy ("PDP Policy") available at

  16. Participants agree to the Organiser's PDP Policy, which sets out the Organiser's personal data protection practices, including how participants may access and correct their personal data or withdraw consent to its collection, use or disclosure.
  17. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  18. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
  19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and all participants shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
