Terms & Conditions
- The Shop & Earn Challenge (“Challenge”) is organised by NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Ltd and NTUC Link Pte Ltd (collectively, the “Organiser”).
- Participation in this Challenge is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Challenge is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each participant.
- The user must be a registered user on the FairPrice Group App with a valid email address and have a valid Link account connected to the FairPrice Group App.
- The user must have received banner in email or app push notifications from FairPrice notifying them about their eligibility
- The Challenge is exclusive to selected Link members who are the sole recipient from FairPrice Group app and have indicated their intention to participate by tapping on the “Accept Challenge” button on the FairPrice Group app.
- The Challenge is available only on the FairPrice Group app, downloaded from Apple App Store & Google Playstore (after iOS version 5.15.1 and Android version 5.12.0).
- To view the Challenge on the FairPrice Group app, tap on the profile icon on the top-left of the home page to go to the Account page. Select “Play and Win” to view your current progress, and tap on each Challenge to view details about the Challenge.

- Challenges cannot be shared. FairPrice reserves the right to limit accessibility of participants to the challenge in their app
- The validity period of the Challenge is stated on the FairPrice Group app.
- Spending which are valid for this Challenge (“Qualifying Spend”) include all in-store transactions with payment using the FairPrice Group app registered under the sole recipient made at FairPrice Finest The Seletar Mall, FairPrice Finest Marine Parade Central and FairPrice Finest Junction 8 stores only (“Participating Stores”).
- Accumulated qualifying spend is based on net sales invoice amount after applying all discounts, rebates and discount vouchers.
- Purchase of the following items are excluded from the calculation of the accumulated qualifying spend: statutory items (Singapore Pools betting products — 4D, Singapore Sweep, TOTO, FairPrice Group Gift Vouchers, including top-ups and service fees), non-merchandise (carrier bags, membership and consultation fees), tobacco products, infant milk powder (0-12 months), newspapers, magazines, prescription and pharmacy-only medicines.
- In-store transactions must be made with the FairPrice Group app through Pay via FairPrice Group app.
- Qualifying spend for in-store transactions will exclude all discounts, promotions and other in-store offers, unless otherwise stated.
- Each eligible Link member can only enjoy the promotion once.
- The decision of NTUC FairPrice and NTUC Link on all matters relating to this promotion offered to selected members shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material, these terms and conditions will prevail.
- NTUC FairPrice and NTUC Link reserve the rights to terminate or suspend any of the promotions and/or add to, delete, change or vary these terms and conditions at any time or from time to time without prior notice.
- NTUC FairPrice and NTUC Link shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any person in connection with these promotions however arising, including without limitation any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
- These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants shall irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
