Thank you for choosing FairPrice Finest. Our Pre-order service allows you to enjoy specially curated items prepared with care and ready for collection at your convenience.
By placing a Pre-order, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions. FairPrice reserves the right to update these terms where necessary.
1. Placing Your Order
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (including selected items and collection date) are accurate before confirming the order.
- To ensure freshness and quality, lead times may vary by product. The standard earliest collection date is 2 days from the order date, although certain items may require longer preparation time.
- The earliest available collection date for each product will be indicated during checkout.
- Items within platters and gift boxes are pre-curated and cannot be customised.
- In the event an item becomes unavailable, customers will be notified at least 24 hours or one (1) day before the scheduled collection date.
- Please review your order carefully, as cancellation cannot be processed once the order has been placed.
2. Product Information
- Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual platters, garnishes and presentation may vary depending on ingredient availability.
- All product weights are measured before roasting or cooking, unless otherwise stated.
- Trimmings, props or decorative elements shown in images are not included.
- Where applicable, reheating or preparation instructions will be provided in the product listing to help ensure the best quality and food safety.
3. Collection & Notifications
- Customers will receive collection reminders on the scheduled collection day:
- SMS notifications for in-store orders
- Push notifications or email for orders placed via the FairPrice Group app
- Orders must be collected in-store on the selected date and time slot chosen during checkout.
- For app orders, customers may retrieve their QR code via:
Account > Activity > Pre-Order > Order Details - For in-store orders, a receipt with QR code will be provided during purchase.
- Fresh items are best enjoyed on the day of collection.
- Orders not collected on the scheduled date will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
- For food safety reasons, fresh items that remain uncollected will be disposed of after 24 hours.
4. Payments & Promotions
- Pre-orders made via the FairPrice Group app are not eligible for Senior Citizen, Pioneer or Merdeka Generation discounts.
- Linkpoints will be issued for eligible items with no cap on spending or quantity.
- FairPrice physical and e-Gift vouchers cannot be used for Pre-orders placed via the FairPrice Group app.
- FairPrice Group (FPG) may periodically issue promotional vouchers to customers at its discretion. These vouchers will be deposited directly into the user’s FPG App Voucher Wallet.
- Each voucher is subject to specific eligibility criteria, including but not limited to minimum spend requirements, participating items, and redemption limits. Users should refer to the individual voucher within their wallet for its full terms and conditions.
- To enjoy specially curated promotions, customers are reminded to check their Voucher Wallet and apply the relevant voucher at the checkout stage. FPG shall not be responsible for any missed promotions if a voucher is not applied before the transaction is finalized.
- Unless otherwise stated, all vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while redemptions last.
