TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Glenfiddich Win an Aston Martin F1 Team Signed Helmet (1 Sep to 31 Oct 2026) (“Promotion”)

1.   Organiser

1. The Organiser of the Promotion is William Grant & Sons Singapore Distribution Pte Ltd.

2.    Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open to anyone aged 18 years or over who are residents and permanent residents in Singapore (“Participants”), other than as set out in clauses 2.2 and 2.3 below. All Participants are subject to the terms and conditions set out below, and the relevant laws of Republic of Singapore.
2. Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising, promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
3. Owners and the employees of participating F&B outlets and Retailers are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

3.    Nationwide Consumers Promotion

1. The validity period of this Promotion shall be from 1 September 2026 to 31 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”) or while stock last, across any Participating Outlets, whichever comes first. This promotion is available for purchases in participating outlets and stores only (“Participating Outlets”). Participating Outlets are subject to change at any time. 3.2.  Promotion Mechanics

Participants are entitled to, subject to correct submission of entry in accordance with the terms herein:

• At On Trade Premises: Restaurants, Bars & Pubs
  • Receive one (1) chance for every 3 Glenfiddich-based drinks purchased in one transaction
  • Receive three (3) chances for every Glenfiddich bottle purchased (15YO and above)
• At Off Trade: Bottle Shops & E-commerce
  • Receive three (3) chances for every Glenfiddich bottle purchased (15YO and above)

For each purchase in the on or off trade, the Participant shall receive a receipt that will entitle them to the corresponding number of chances.

1. Submission of entry: To enter, Participants must go to https://win.glenfiddich.com/en-sg/sg/aston-martin-f1/ and complete an online submission form per receipt. Participant is required to submit with the Participant’s full name (as per NRIC), date of birth, mobile number, email address, number of bottles/drinks purchased, and upload a copy of the receipt.

2. Any incomplete or invalid entry form (e.g. missing receipt, unclear receipt, missing name, missing date of birth or missing mobile number) will be disqualified automatically, and the Organiser shall not be responsible for informing the Participant of an invalid entry.

3. All entry forms must be submitted on or before 23:59hrs on 31 Oct 2026 (GMT+08) to qualify for the promotion.

4. Participant must safe keep the original purchased receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) for verification purposes. Failing to provide Proof of Purchase or any damaged/torn and/or tampered Proof of Purchase for whatsoever reason shall result in disqualification and the Organiser shall be entitled to forfeit the Prize from the Participant.

5. For the avoidance of doubt, the qualifying purchase of three (3) Glenfiddich-based drinks must be made in a single transaction as evidenced by a valid receipt. The drinks may be purchased for and consumed by one or more individuals. However, only the purchaser named on the entry submission may submit an entry based on that receipt, and each qualifying receipt may only be used for one (1) entry submission.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Participant from the Promotion without prior notification or disclosure of information should the Participant be suspected of tampering with their entries or breaching the Promotion’s terms and conditions.

7. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any Participant who is unable to produce the original Proof of Purchase.

8. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive, no further appeal or correspondence shall be entertained.

3.3.  Winners, Prizes, and Terms and Conditions

1. There will be three (3) winners (“Winner”).

2. At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, three (3) Winners shall be selected from all eligible entries by means of a computerized, electronic, or online random draw conducted by the Organiser, the selection of Winners shall be final and binding.

3. Each Winner is entitled to one (1) Prize only.

4. Each Winner will receive an Official Aston Martin F1 Team Replica Helmet signed by one of the drivers.

5. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any winning prize with a prize of similar value at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

6. The Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash credit or any other items.

7. The Organizer, its agents and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct and/or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from the Prize(s).

8. The Winners shall be informed of further details of the Prize by the Organizer.

3.4.   Prize Redemption and Period

1. The Organiser will notify the Winner, on or after 6 November 2026, via phone call or email to verify the receipt number as well as the required purchase quantity.
2. For redemption, Winner are required to submit a photo of the original proof of purchase and proof of identification via e-mail to info@glenfiddich.com within 72 hours of being notified. Failing which, the prize will be forfeited.
3. Winner(s) who are unreachable or fails to respond to the Organiser’s calls and/or messages within the stipulated notification period and/or after reasonable efforts have been made by the Organiser to contact the Winner(s), shall be deemed uninterested in the Prize(s) and the Organiser shall disqualify the Winner(s) and/or forfeit the winning Prize(s) without further notice.
4. The Organiser shall reserve the right to select an alternative winner at its sole discretion at any time.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any Winner who is unable to produce the original Proof of Purchase.
6. The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any Participants whom the Organiser believe has attempted to undermine the operation of the Promotion in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to fraud, cheating or deception.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser will determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes a valid entry, and reserves the right to reject any submission it deems to violate the Terms and Conditions.
8. In the event of a disqualification after a Prize(s) has been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to demand for the return of the Prize(s) without further substitution of Prize(s) and/or payment of its value from the disqualified Participant.

4.    Prizes terms and conditions

1. The Organiser shall be entitled to request the original NRIC or the originals of other supporting documents/materials from the Winners for verification purposes.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize(s) with a Prize of similar value, with or without notice.
3. All Prize(s) are non-refundable, non-transferable and/or non-exchangeable or convertible to any other items.
4. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the Prize(s) during the redemption process. Any additional costs (i.e. not limited to travel expenses and applicable taxes) involved in redeeming or collecting the Prize(s) are to be borne solely by the Winner.
5. No substitution or transfer of Prize(s) by the Winners is permitted. The Organiser shall not be liable for any additional or incidental costs, taxes, expenses, charges, fees, losses or damage that may arise. The Organiser and its agent and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from the Prize(s).
6. The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No further appeal or correspondence will be entertained.
7. The Organiser makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to the Prize.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to determine how uncollected or unredeemed Prize(s) shall be dealt with.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to only award the Prize(s) to the qualified entries and forfeit the remaining Prize(s) allocated.
10. The Organiser and/or the appointed agency(ies) shall determine the style, any fittings, fixture, packaging, accessories and/or form of the Prize(s), as appropriate. Winner(s) shall accept the Prize(s) “as is” and the Organiser and/or the appointed agency(ies) shall be under no obligation to entertain any request by the Winner(s) to change any aspect of the Prize(s).
11. The Organiser, its agents and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct and/or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from the Prize(s).
12. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter in whole or in part of the Prize(s) without notice to the Participants.

5.   Privacy Policy

By participating, the Participant explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the necessary personal data of the Participant in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here: https://www.williamgrant.com/en/privacy-policy/. The Participant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser as stated below and by doing so, the Participant withdraws his or her participation from this Promotion. The Organiser will use its best endeavour's to keep all personal data stored for this Promotion strictly confidential.

By submitting an entry for this Promotion, the Participant agrees that the Organiser may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data, as provided in the entry form, for the purposes of administering the lucky draw and gift with purchase promotion in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to DataProtection@wgrant.com.

• Publicity: The Winner agrees to participate in advertising, promotion, and publicity related to the Promotion and allow us to publish your name, photograph and location on our global website and social media channels in accordance with the Organiser’s Marketing Code (available on request).

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. By participating, Participant agree to the Terms and Conditions herein, including their name and likeness, which may be used without restriction in any future publicity material by the Organiser.

2. The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and/or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time and/or terminate the Promotion/Contest at its sole discretion without prior notice.

4. All decisions made by the Organiser under these terms and conditions shall be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained.

5. In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall prevail.

6. A person who is not a party to any of the agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Ac (Cap. 53B), or any amendment thereto, to enforce any term of such agreement.
