Terms & Conditions for the Bibigo August Lucky Draw 2026 ("Promotion") | 20 Aug - 30 Sep 2026

A. ELIGIBILITY

1. This Promotion is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents, work permit holders and valid Singapore pass holders aged 18 years and above.
2. Employees of CJ Foods Singapore, its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, distributors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

B. PROMOTION PERIOD

1. The Promotion runs from 12:00 AM (SGT) on 1 August 2026 to 11:59 PM (SGT) on 30 September 2026 ("Promotion Period").
2. Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

C. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Purchase a minimum of SGD30 worth of any CJ products in a single receipt from any participating retailer in Singapore during the Promotion Period.
2. Participants who spend SGD45 or more in a single receipt will automatically receive two (2) lucky draw entries.

1. Participants must complete all mandatory fields in the entry form, including:
2. Full Name
3. Email Address
4. Mobile Number
5. Receipt Upload
6. The uploaded receipt must clearly show:
7. Retailer's name;
8. Date of purchase (within the Promotion Period);
9. Purchase amount;
10. Eligible CJ products purchased.
11. Participants are encouraged to retain the original receipt for verification purposes. Failure to produce the original receipt upon request may result in disqualification.
12. Standard mobile data charges may apply when submitting entries.
13. Each receipt may only be used once. Duplicate submissions using the same receipt will be disqualified.
14. Multiple entries are permitted using different qualifying receipts. However, each participant is entitled to win only one (1) prize throughout the Promotion.

D. LUCKY DRAW

1. The lucky draw will be conducted by 4 October 2026 (or another date determined by the Promoter) using a computerized random draw in the presence of authorised personnel.
2. Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided in the entry form by phone, WhatsApp and/or email.
3. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) working days, or fails to provide the required verification documents, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

E. PRIZES

The prizes are as follows:

1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
3. Winners must present the original qualifying receipt when collecting their prize.
4. All prizes must be collected by the date specified by the Promoter. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

F. VERIFICATION

1. All entries are subject to verification.
2. Entries containing incomplete, inaccurate, altered, duplicated or fraudulent information will be disqualified.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a participant's eligibility.
4. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.

G. PERSONAL DATA

1. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to CJ Foods Singapore collecting, using and disclosing their personal data solely for the purposes of:
2. administering the Promotion;
3. verifying eligibility;
4. contacting winners;
5. prize fulfilment; and
6. announcing winners where required.
7. Personal data will be handled in accordance with CJ Foods Singapore's Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data protection laws.

H. GENERAL TERMS

1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
2. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any technical malfunction, lost, delayed or incomplete entries resulting from network, system or internet failures.
3. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of any prize.
4. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
5. A person who is not a party to these Terms & Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any provision herein.
6. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
