How do I become eligible to receive the $3 Express Delivery Return Voucher?
Each customer will receive one $3 off express delivery return voucher with every Express Delivery order placed during the campaign period
Capped at 1 voucher issued per day, no limit to total number of vouchers to be earned throughout the campaign period.
- Promotion is applicable to B2C customers only, and not applicable for business account users
- Promotion eligibility will be valid from 0000 on 05 July 2026 till 2359 on 30 Sep 2026
- Purchase of following items are excluded from the calculation of the accumulated qualifying spend: statutory items (Singapore Pools betting products — 4D, Singapore Sweep and TOTO), gift vouchers, gift cards including top-ups and service fees, non-merchandise (carrier bags, membership and consultation fees), tobacco products, infant milk powder (0-12 months), prescription and pharmacy-only medicines.
- Use of voucher discount(s) in conjunction with your purchases may alter your ability to meet the minimum qualifying criteria for this return voucher promotion.
- FairPrice reserves the right to modify any of its terms and conditions and/or terminate the promotion at any time, at its reasonable discretion.

How will I receive the $3 return voucher and where can I use it?
- The $3 Express Delivery return voucher will be deposited to the eligible customer’s voucher wallet in the FairPrice Group App within 1-2 days from the previous order.
Eligible customers can check their voucher wallet for the online return voucher - Redemption is on a first-come-first-serve basis, and subject to availability.
- Each online return voucher is subject to a limited number of redemptions.
- The online return voucher is applicable to B2C customers only, and not applicable for business account users.
- Redemption of each online return voucher must be made with a minimum spend of $30, as stated on the voucher in one Express delivery order via the FairPrice Group App.
- Only one online return voucher can be used per transaction.
- The online return voucher is valid for 14 days within the day of issuance. No extension of the redemption period is allowed.
- The online return voucher cannot be shared, combined or used in conjunction with any other storewide voucher.
- Using the online return voucher discount in conjunction with other free gift promotions may alter the minimum amount criteria for it.
- The return voucher is for one-time use only and cannot be applied on statutory items (Singapore Pools betting products — 4D, Singapore Sweep and TOTO), gift vouchers, gift cards including top-ups and service fees, non-merchandise (carrier bags, membership and consultation fees), tobacco products, infant milk powder (0-12 months), prescription and pharmacy-only medicines, as well as the delivery and service fees for online purchases made at FairPrice (https://www.fairprice.com.sg) or via the FairPrice Group App.
