(Applicable to FairPrice Group app versions v8.0.0 and later)
To start using the FairPrice Group app, download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and sign up for an account.
Tap "Me" (bottom right of the app home screen). Scan your personal QR code at the self-checkout counter or cashier.
Note: To use the FairPrice Group app to pay in-store, ensure you have added a payment method to the app.
(Applicable to FairPrice Group app versions v7.9.9 and earlier)
In order to start the FairPrice Group app, make sure that the FairPrice Group app is downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and sign up for an account on the FairPrice Group app.
Tap on the blue button which shows a QR code and the word “Pay / Earn”. If the button is not showing up, kindly make sure that your FairPrice Group app is updated and that there is stable network connectivity on your phone.
