In FairPrice Stores:
At self-checkout counters
- On the self-checkout counter’s welcome screen, select "FairPrice Group app" under "Shop as Member".
- Scan your personal QR: Open your FairPrice Group app, tap "Me" (bottom right), and scan your personal QR code at the self-checkout counter.
- Scan items & tap Pay: Scan your groceries, then tap "Pay" at the bottom-right corner of the self-checkout screen.
- Apply coupons: Your eligible in-app coupons will appear on the screen. Best-value coupons are pre-selected, but you can adjust your selection. Tap "Apply Coupon(s) & Pay" to continue.
- Complete payment: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction.
At cashier counters
- Scan your personal QR: Present your personal QR code from the "Me" tab to the cashier before your items are scanned.
- Apply coupons: Eligible coupons will be displayed on the screen. Inform the cashier which coupons you wish to apply before paying.
At Kopitiam food courts:
For coupons used via in-app payment (your personal QR code on the ‘Me’ page):
- Inform the cashier: Let the cashier know you are paying via the FairPrice Group app, and show which in-app coupon you want to apply.
- Present your personal QR code: Open the FairPrice Group app, tap "Me" (bottom right) and let the cashier scan your personal QR code.
- Complete payment: The cashier will apply the coupon. If no coupon is eligible, payment will proceed as normal.
For Reward coupons redeemed via pin code:
1. Tap "Redeem now" and confirm redemption with Linkpoints.
2. Tap "Use Coupon" and enter the PIN code provided by the cashier.
