Terms & Conditions for 300 bonus Linkpoints with FairPrice Group app payment - 01 Jul to 30 Sep 2026 (Exclusive to selected NTUC members)

Campaign Period 

The NTUC Exclusive: Get 300 Linkpoints when you pay via the FairPrice Group app campaign (the “Campaign”) is from 1 July to 30 September (both dates inclusive) (the “Campaign Period”), unless otherwise extended or terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.


Eligibility 

This Campaign is open to selected NTUC members (“Eligible Members”) who meet specific eligibility criteria set by FairPrice Group. NTUC members are members who hold a valid NTUC membership during the campaign period.


While promotional materials may be visible to all members, the 300 bonus Linkpoints crediting are only valid for Eligible Members who fulfill the following criteria during the Campaign Period:

  • Pay via the FairPrice Group app account that is successfully linked to a valid NTUC membership account.
  • By paying, it means Eligible Members will have to:
    1. Pay for their purchases online or in-store at FairPrice, Unity or Cheers with their FairPrice Group app. Eligible Members must successfully check out via their FairPrice Group app and have their order delivered for online purchase before 30 Sep 2026, or via the Pay/Earn QR code for in-store purchase. Accepted payment methods include debit card on file, credit card on file, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, OR
    2. Pay via Scan & Go at selected FairPrice stores.
      OR
    3. Pay for meals at participating Kopitiam outlets
      OR
    4. Earn and redeem Linkpoints at participating Link partners
  • Transactions that are paid fully with Linkpoints redemption, Cash, FairPrice Group Gift Vouchers, FairPrice Gift Cards and FairPrice Group promotion codes are not eligible for the 300 bonus Linkpoints.
  • Transactions made at Cheers AI Unmanned Stores and Cheers AI Fridge will not be eligible for the bonus Linkpoints.


Campaign details

  • Eligible Members will be credited with 300 bonus Linkpoints to the FairPrice Group app account upon the first successful in-store payment using the FairPrice Group app account linked to their NTUC Membership.
  • For online purchases, the bonus Linkpoints will be credited after the order has been delivered. Eligible Members’ order(s) will have to be delivered by 30 September 2026.  
  • To check if your Linkpoints are credited, tap on the ‘LP’ icon on the top left corner of your app home screen to view your Linkpoint transaction history. The 300 bonus Linkpoints credited will be shown as ‘App usage bonus (NTUC Exclusive)’.
  • Limited to 1 set of 300 bonus Linkpoints per Eligible Member only.



Campaign Terms & Conditions

  • Each NTUC member account is considered a unique participant in the Campaign.
  • For Eligible Members to participate in the Campaign, they must have an existing and valid FairPrice Group account linked to their NTUC membership.
  • The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and no correspondence, appeal, or enquiry will be entertained.
  • The Campaign is organised by FairPrice Group and NTUC (collectively the “Organiser”).
  • The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Campaign, in whole or in part; (c) change the date and time of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and conclusive.
  • Participation in this campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each Eligible Member.
  • Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify an Eligible Member at any stage of the Campaign.
  • Linkpoints cannot be exchanged for cash, FairPrice Group Gift Vouchers, FairPrice Group Gift Cards, FairPrice Loyalty Redemption Program point accumulations and/or other goods and services.
  • By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Members agree that FairPrice Group may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data as provided in the Link membership application, for the following purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and FairPrice Group’s Personal Data Protection Policy (“PDP Policy”) available at https://help.fairprice.com.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4464676591129-Privacy-Notice: (i) for the conduct and administration of the Campaign; (ii) to provide any marketing materials that the Eligible Members have agreed to receive; and (iii) for any and all purposes set out in FairPrice Group’s PDP Policy.
  • The Eligible Member agrees to FairPrice Group’s PDP Policy that sets out details of the FairPrice Group’s personal data protection policy, including how the Eligible Member may access and correct his/her personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his/her personal data.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  • A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
  • These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all Eligible Members shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
