Terms and Conditions
 

Game Eligibility

All FairPrice Group (“Organiser”) app users with a registered account can play VISA Victory Vote between 11 Jun - 22 Jul 2026 (“campaign period”). Gameplay is once daily. Please ensure your app is updated to the latest version.

• Participants must log in to the FairPrice Group app during the Campaign Period.
• Participants may participate in the in-app poll game once per day only.
• Participants will be required to answer a daily polling question related to football matches, including but not limited to predicting which team will win a match or answering football-related trivia questions.
• Questions may change daily at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
• Multiple submissions by the same participant within the same day will not be accepted.
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, manipulation, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

General Terms & Conditions:

• Each voucher is non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and may not be combined with other vouchers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated.
• The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part; (c) change the date and time of the Promotion. In the event of a dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and conclusive.
• No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser should any prize/reward or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with the terms herein.
• By participating in the Promotion, the participants agree that the Organiser may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data as provided in the Link membership application, for the following purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Organiser’s Personal Data Protection Policy (“PDP Policy”) available at https://help.fairprice.com.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4464676591129-Privacy-Notice-: (i) to provide any marketing materials that the participants have agreed to receive; and (ii) for any and all purposes set out in the Organiser’s PDP Policy.
• The participant agrees to the Organiser’s PDP Policy that sets out details of the Organiser’s personal data protection policy, including how the participant may access and correct his/her personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his/her personal data. 
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
• A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
• These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Games prize pool:

Stand to win daily app vouchers worth up to $80* by participating in the VISA Victory Vote in-app game.

The $80 Golden Ticket voucher can be redeemed with no minimum spend, at participating FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, online at FairPrice and Unity standalone stores. 

Voucher eligibility

• Vouchers issued are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers will be issued digitally within the FairPrice Group app.
• Each Voucher will be valid for three (3) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• Limited to one redemption per transaction with Visa payment via the FairPrice Group App. Cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other available storewide promotion codes.
• Payments made via Apple Pay or Google Pay are not eligible.
• Purchase of the following items are excluded from the calculation of the accumulated qualifying spend: statutory items (Singapore Pools betting products — 4D, Singapore Sweep, TOTO, gift vouchers, gift cards including top-ups and service fees), non-merchandise (carrier bags, membership and consultation fees), tobacco products, infant milk powder (0-12 months), prescription and pharmacy-only medicines, as well as the delivery and service fees for online purchases made at FairPrice (www.fairprice.com.sg).
• Golden Ticket vouchers are redeemable at:

  • All FairPrice Finest stores
  • All FairPrice Xtra stores
  • FairPrice Online - for use only on www.fairprice.com.sg or the FairPrice Group App

Other Conditions

• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• FairPrice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The Organiser’s decision in all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and all participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
