How do I become eligible to receive the $5 FairPrice Online return voucher and Free 14 Days of Viu Premium?
- Each customer will receive one $5 online return voucher and free 14 days of Viu Premium with at least one online FairPrice order placed during the campaign period (minimum spend of $140)
- Capped at 1 online return voucher and 1 Viu Premium redemption code per customer, while stocks last
- Promotion is applicable to B2C customers only, and not applicable for business account users
- Promotion eligibility will be valid from 0000 on 03 May 2026 till 2359 on 09 May 2026
- The qualifying spend will be based on the final amount invoiced post delivery. It will exclude all discounts, promotions, offers, promo codes, delivery fees, services fees and surcharges, unless otherwise stated
- Purchase of following items are excluded from the calculation of the accumulated qualifying spend: statutory items (Singapore Pools betting products — 4D, Singapore Sweep and TOTO), gift vouchers, gift cards including top-ups and service fees, non-merchandise (carrier bags, membership and consultation fees), tobacco products, infant milk powder (0-12 months), prescription and pharmacy-only medicines.

How will I receive the $5 online return voucher and where can I use it?
- The $5 FairPrice online return voucher will be deposited to the eligible customer’s voucher wallet in the FairPrice Group App from 14 May 2026
- Eligible customers can check their voucher wallet for the online return voucher
- Redemption is on a first-come-first-serve basis, and subject to availability.
- Each online return voucher is subject to a limited number of redemptions.
- The online return voucher is applicable to B2C customers only, and not applicable for business account users.
- Redemption of each online return voucher must be made with a minimum spend of $60, as stated on the voucher in one delivery order at FairPrice (https://www.fairprice.com.sg) or via the FairPrice Group App.
- Only one online return voucher can be used per transaction.
- The online return voucher is valid from 14 May 2026 till 20 May 2026. No extension of the redemption period is allowed.
- The online return voucher cannot be shared, combined or used in conjunction with any other storewide voucher.
- Using the online return voucher discount in conjunction with other free gift promotions may alter the minimum amount criteria for it.

How can I redeem the Free 14 days of Viu Premium?
- The redemption code to activate the free 14 days of Viu Premium will be sent via email to the eligible customer’s registered email address by 31 May 2026
- Limited to 1 redemption code per free Viu account.
- This is only valid for Fairprice x Viu promotion from 31 March 2026 to 31 March 2027.
- The last day of redemption is on 31 March 2027.
- Offer is not in conjunction with other promotions or discounts and only applicable to non-premium accounts.
- Once redeemed successfully, it will automatically expire after 14 days. Please refer to https://bit.ly/sgvpplan if you wish to subscribe to Viu Premium after expiry.
- Redemption codes are only valid in Singapore. You will not be able to activate or watch Viu outside of the region/overseas.
