Eligibility
The Pay with Trust Challenge (the “Challenge”) is only for selected NTUC Link Credit/Debit Cardholders (“Eligible Members”) who meet specific eligibility criteria set by FairPrice Group.
The Challenge will only be open to Eligible Members from 1 to 31 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Challenge Period”), unless otherwise extended or terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
New NTUC Link cardholders who sign up between 1 to 31 May will see the challenge appear in the FairPrice Group app within 3 days if they meet specific eligibility criteria set by FairPrice Group.
Challenge details
- Click ‘Accept Challenge’ to begin
- Eligible Members will have to make 2 transactions (min. $30 each) with the NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card via the FairPrice Group app to receive the $5 voucher. Transactions made via physical cards do not qualify.
- Each eligible NTUC member can only enjoy the promotion once.
- Limited to the first 25,000 qualifiers, based on a first completion basis.
- To participate in this Challenge, Eligible Members have to indicate their intention to participate by tapping on the “Accept Challenge” button on the FairPrice Group app.
- The Challenge is available only on the FairPrice Group app, downloaded from Apple App Store & Google Playstore (after iOS version 5.15.1 and Android version 5.12.0).

of the home page > select Play and Win > tap on Challenge to view details
- Qualifying spend (“Qualifying Spend”) include transactions charged to the NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card registered under the Eligible Member made at any FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, online at www.fairprice.com.sg, Cheers, Unity and Kopitiam (“Participating Stores”) via the FairPrice Group app or Scan and Go.
- Qualifying spend is based on the final amount spent after applying all discounts, promotions, rebates and offers such as CDC vouchers, SG60 vouchers, physical vouchers, e-vouchers, gift cards, rebates, CHAS (Blue/Orange)/Senior/Pioneer Generation/Merdeka Generation discount and discount vouchers.
- Purchase of the following items are excluded from the discount: statutory items (Singapore Pools betting products — 4D, Singapore Sweep, TOTO, gift vouchers, gift cards including top-ups and service fees), non-merchandise (carrier bags, membership and consultation fees), tobacco products, infant milk powder (0-12 months), prescription and pharmacy-only medicines, ready-to-eat food, fresh meat, live seafood, artisanal meat/cheese/ham/bakery and books.
- In-store transactions must be made with the FairPrice Group app through Pay via FairPrice Group app or Scan and Go with the NTUC Link Credit/Debit card linked to both payment methods. See here for the full list of stores supporting Scan & Go.
- For online orders at FairPrice (www.fairprice.com.sg), the FairPrice Group account must be linked to the NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card registered under the Eligible Member during payment before checkout.
- Qualifying spend will only count towards the Challenge after delivery of the order is confirmed, and order must be made within the challenge period (1 - 31 May) for the transaction to quality.
- Challenge is only valid for orders for personal consumption. Business to Business Orders will not count towards the spending attributed to the challenges, unless otherwise stated.
- Participation in this Challenge is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Challenge is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each .
- The Challenge is organised by National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) and FairPrice Group (collectively, the “Organiser”).
- The decision of the Organiser on all matters relating to this promotion offered to selected members shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material, these terms and conditions will prevail.
- National Trade Union Congress and FairPrice Group reserve the rights to terminate or suspend any of the promotions and/or add to, delete, change or vary these terms and conditions at any time or from time to time without prior notice.
- National Trade Union Congress and FairPrice Group shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any person in connection with these promotions however arising, including without limitation any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
- These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the Eligible Members shall irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
$5 voucher terms & conditions:
- Minimum spend of $5 is required to enjoy this discount.
- Voucher is valid for use until the expiration date or when fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.
- Voucher is valid for one-time use only. Partially claimed vouchers will not be refunded or available for use again.
- Voucher is only valid for one redemption per Eligible Member.
- Voucher is valid for use at FairPrice supermarkets, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra stores, online and Unity.
- Voucher cannot be stacked with other available vouchers/promo codes, unless otherwise stated.
- Once the Voucher has been successfully redeemed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
- Voucher is only valid for redemption through the FairPrice Group app, applicable for digital payment made with the FairPrice Group app using the Pay/Earn QR code or Scan & Go. Accepted methods include debit card on file, credit card on file, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
- Voucher is not valid with the ‘Cash/card at payment counter’ payment method.
- Redemption of the voucher is NOT valid at FairPrice Xpress, Cheers stores and Kopitiam.
- Purchase of the following items are excluded from the discount: statutory items (Singapore Pools betting products — 4D, Singapore Sweep, TOTO, gift vouchers, gift cards including top-ups and service fees), non-merchandise (carrier bags, membership and consultation fees), tobacco products, infant milk powder (0-12 months), prescription and pharmacy-only medicines, ready-to-eat food, fresh meat, live seafood, artisanal meat/cheese/ham/bakery and books.
- The $5 discount is applicable to the remaining balance after the deduction of CDC vouchers, SG60 vouchers, FairPrice Group Gift Vouchers and FairPrice Group Gift Cards.
- FairPrice Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Other terms & conditions
- Each NTUC member account is considered a unique Eligible Member in the Challenge.
- For Eligible Members to participate in the Challenge, they must have an existing and valid FairPrice Group account linked to their NTUC membership.
- Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify a Eligible Member at any stage of the Challenge.
- Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, FairPrice Group Gift Vouchers, FairPrice Group Gift Cards, FairPrice Loyalty Redemption Program point accumulations and/or other goods and services.
- By participating in the Challenge, the Eligible Members agree that FairPrice Group may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data as provided in the Link membership application, for the following purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and FairPrice Group’s Personal Data Protection Policy (“PDP Policy”) available at https://help.fairprice.com.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4464676591129-Privacy-Notice: (i) for the conduct and administration of the Challenge; (ii) to provide any marketing materials that the Eligible Members have agreed to receive; and (iii) for any and all purposes set out in FairPrice Group’s PDP Policy.
- The Eligible Member agrees to FairPrice Group’s PDP Policy that sets out details of the FairPrice Group’s personal data protection policy, including how the Eligible Members may access and correct his/her personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his/her personal data.
