If you’ve found a defect in any product (except for medicine and hygiene-sensitive items), just bring it back to the same store with your receipt for an exchange or refund. For items under warranty, simply call the local authorised service centre for assistance.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If the quality of our fresh produce does not meet your expectations, you may return the items unopened within 3 days of purchase and before the stated expiry date. Simply bring the items back to the same store with your receipt for an exchange or refund.

You’ll always pay the correct price here. If there’s ever a difference between the displayed and scanned prices, we will honour the lower price for the first item.
