Before submission to the shopping mall, retrieve a copy of the e-receipt from your FairPrice Group app.
- Go to your Account > Activity > Payment
- Select the applicable transaction
- Take a screenshot of the e-receipt
If you’ve used Scan & Go, go to your Account > Activity > Scan & Go to retrieve the e-receipt.
FairPrice e-receipts and invoice contain the same details as a physical receipt, and they serve as a proof of purchase for your transaction.
You can redeem shopping mall rewards with your FairPrice e-receipts in 2 ways:
1. In-person at the shopping mall
Simply show your e-receipt to the mall representative when redeeming rewards at the mall’s customer service counter, or
2. On the shopping mall rewards app
Upload the screenshot of your e-receipt to your shopping mall rewards app (e.g. CapitaStar, Lendlease Plus)
- On your shopping rewards app, go through the respective steps of uploading e-receipts. (e.g. For Lendlease Plus, click Upload Receipts. For CapitaStar, click Earn STAR$.)
- Upload a screenshot of the FairPrice e-receipt containing the purchase date, mall name, store name and nett purchase price
