This payment method is available at both the self-checkout lane and cashier queues.
For self-checkout :
Step 1. Select "FairPrice Group app" on the welcome screen.
Step 2:
(Applicable to FairPrice Group app versions v7.9.9 and earlier)
Launch the FairPrice Group app and tap “Pay/Earn”
(Applicable to FairPrice Group app versions v8.0.0 and later)
Launch your FairPrice Group app, tap "Me" (bottom right of the app homepage), and scan your personal QR code.
Step 3. After scanning your products, select “FairPrice Group app” as the Payment Method.
To use this payment method at the cashier,
- Scan your personal QR code: Show your personal QR code from the "Me" tab in your app to the cashier before they scan your items.
- Payment: Inform the cashier that you would like to pay via the FairPrice Group app.
