Can I opt for paper invoices instead of e-receipts?

From 01 November 2023 onwards, physical receipts will no longer be printed for customers who pay via FairPrice Group app.

Bonus stamps or QR codes for Health Promotion Board campaigns will still be printed, where applicable.
