Terms & Conditions

SECTION A

Promotion: Nutella Loves Bread Consumer Promotion (“Promotion”)

Purchase Period: Promotion starts at 12:01 am local time on 1 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on 11 November 2026 or until stocks run out.

Redemption Period: Redemption period for the Reward opens 12:01 am local time on 1 October 2026 until 11:59 pm local time on 30 November 2026.

Coverage: Singapore

Promotion Organizer: Ferrero Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (“Ferrero”)

Promotion Administrator: Xmpact International Pty Limited (ABN 29 687 817 563) of Tower 1, Level 2, 495 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia (“Administrator”).

1. ELIGIBILITY

Participant must meet all the following conditions of entry (“Participant”)

1. This Promotion is open to citizens and permanent residents of Singapore aged 21 years old and above.
2. All employees of Ferrero, its affiliates, Administrator, subsidiaries, distributors, alliance partners, advertising, promotions and third-party agencies, and their immediate family members and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining this Promotion.
3. Redemption must be made directly by the individual participating in the Promotion via their unique email address. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

2. REWARD DETAILS

The Reward partner is BreadTalk Pte Ltd (“BreadTalk”).

Each eligible Participant will receive one (1) Reward Voucher (“Voucher”).

Each Voucher entitles the holder to redeem one (1) free Hazel Cacao With Nutella. (“Reward”).

The Voucher is valid until 30 November 2026 (“Voucher Validity Period”).

The Reward may be redeemed at participating BreadTalk outlets in Singapore, listed in the table below (“Participating BreadTalk outlets”).

3. INFORMATION RELATING TO HOW TO JOIN AND GOVERNING LAW

1. Qualifying Purchase: Purchase any eligible Nutella Spreads worth at least SGD 10 during the Purchase Period. Eligible products are Nutella Spread 350g, 680g, 1kg Jar sold at any Participation Retailers (“Eligible Products”).
2. Format of promotion redemption: Online submission only

SECTION B

4. HOW TO REDEEM AND RULES OF SUBMISSION

Step 1: Make a Qualifying Purchase from any Participating Retailer during the Purchase Period and retain the original receipt.

The Eligible Product may not always be available for sale in all retailers during the Purchase Period. Ferrero accepts no responsibility for any Eligible Product being unavailable at retailers during the Purchase Period.

In the event a receipt is not supplied, it is the Participant's responsibility to request one. One receipt is equal to one submission only regardless of the number of Eligible Product(s)/jars purchased in a single transaction.

Step 2: To participate, during the Redemption Period:

• Scan the generic QR code located on the promotional materials at the retailers or visit the Promotion Website
• Enter your full name and email address
• Tell us the SKU(s) you have purchased and the retailer where you made your purchase
• Upload a clear copy of the receipt/proof of purchase. The receipt/proof of purchase needs to have the following printed clearly (“Validation Criteria”):
  • Quantity and description of the products purchased
  • The name of the store where the products are purchased;
  • Date of purchase (purchases made before the start date or after the end date of the Purchase will not be accepted); and
  • The total spending on Nutella Spreads item(s)
• (i) agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy of the Promotion; and
• (ii) click the ‘Submit’ button.

Participants who perform the steps outlined under Step 2 (“Redemption”) will see a message on screen acknowledging receipt of the submission.

The Redemption will be verified within three (3) business days. If the Redemption is valid, you will receive a confirmation email with a Voucher and instruction on how to use the Voucher (“Valid Redemption”). For further details on Voucher Usage instructions, see Section B5. If the Redemption is invalid, you will receive an email with the reason(s) for rejection (“Invalid Redemption”).

1. Participants can submit multiple redemptions as long as each redemption meets the requirements of these terms and conditions and subject to the following:
   1. Redemption is limited to one (1) submission per calendar week (Monday to Sunday) per Participant;
   2. Only one receipt per submission is permitted.
   3. Each receipt must be submitted separately and in accordance with redemption requirements of these Terms and Conditions; and
   4. The same receipt cannot be submitted more than once.
2. Redemption is available online only, and therefore access to the internet is required to participate in this Promotion. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Participant's sole responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used by the Participant.
3. Ferrero and/or the Administrator reserve the right to determine the suitability of the redemption at its sole and absolute discretion, and to disqualify any redemptions it determines to be incomplete, delayed, ineligible, or inappropriate for any reason.
4. Ferrero and/or the Administrator are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, undeliverable email, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, telephone, telephone line or other telephone, electronic device or network related problems or errors, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the redemptions in this Promotion. If, in the opinion of Ferrero, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of this Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Promotion, Ferrero reserves the right to terminate this Promotion.
5. Ferrero and/or the Administrator reserve the right to disqualify entries submitted that the Participant may have:
   1. tampered with the redemption process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, scripts, or any other means to circumvent the redemption process);
   2. engaged in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
   3. acted in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
   4. done anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of Ferrero or any of its related entities;
   5. submitted content that is otherwise offensive or inappropriate; or
   6. not conformed or adhered to the mechanics of this Promotion.

5. HOW TO USE THE VOUCHER AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN USING THE VOUCHER

1. For each Valid Redemption, Participants will receive an email with the Voucher.
2. Each Voucher entitled the holder to claim one (1) Reward at participating BreadTalk outlets in Singapore during the Voucher Validity Period, subject to the following conditions:
   1. Only one Voucher can be claimed per transaction, and it is for single use only.
   2. The Voucher is claimable for the particular type and flavour of the bread item only (Hazel Cacao With Nutella) and cannot be used to redeem or discount any other types or flavours of bread item. No requests by the Participant to substitute or vary the Reward will be accepted.
   3. The Reward is claimable in-store only, at a participating BreadTalk outlet. It must be claimed only when available for purchase at the BreadTalk outlet. Please check each outlet’s opening hours before visiting.
   4. Claim of the Reward is subject to availability at each BreadTalk outlet and is based on reasonably anticipated demand, it may not be available at a particular BreadTalk outlet. Ferrero and/or the Administrator accept no responsibility for the Reward being unavailable at a BreadTalk outlet. The Participant may use the Voucher at another BreadTalk outlet or at a later time and/or date at the same BreadTalk outlet during the Voucher Validity Period.
   5. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the Reward is consistent with their dietary requirements.
3. Ferrero and/or the Administrator are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Voucher, and to the extent permitted by law do not make any contractual promise or representation regarding the quality and/or availability of the Rewards, and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. The Reward Partner shall continue to be liable for the quality of the Reward, where applicable.
4. Rewards are subject to availability and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. They are not valid for use in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, reward programme or privilege. The Reward must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. If the Reward is unavailable, for whatever reason, Ferrero and/or the Administrator reserve the right to substitute the Reward with another reward of equal value and/or specification at any time without prior notice.
5. It is the responsibility of the Participant to use their Voucher by the specified expiry date. The Vouchers are issued on the basis that they will not be extended or replaced.

6. OTHER LEGAL TERMS AND CONSIDERATIONS

1. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with the said terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods will result in a Participant’s disqualification.
2. In no event shall Ferrero and/or the Administrator, its affiliates be liable to the Participants for any monetary amount greater than the value of the Reward to which the Participant is entitled under this Promotion.
3. Ferrero and/or the Administrator, its affiliates shall not be liable to the Participants, whether in contract, tort or negligence or otherwise, for any loss, damage, costs or expense, or for any personal injury or death or any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the Participant, and which is of an indirect, incidental or inconsequential nature, including without limitation any economic loss or other loss.
4. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
5. Ferrero reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Ferrero reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel this Promotion at any time with no prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree and consent to allow his/ her personal data being collected, processed, and used by Ferrero and/or its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies for the purpose of this Promotion and in accordance with Ferrero’s Privacy Policy which may be viewed at https://www.nutella.com/sg/en/privacy-policy.

Ferrero and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners and promotion agencies will collect each Participant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including notifying and verifying successful Participants. Personal information may be disclosed to authorized third parties in administration of this Promotion on behalf of Ferrero and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners and Promotion agencies.

Any information and/or personal data which the Participant provides, or which is otherwise gathered in the context of this Promotion, will be used by Ferrero and/or its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies in compliance with the applicable legislation. This means, in particular, that any Personal Data processing carried out by Ferrero and/or its affiliates, partners and promotion agencies will respect the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, storage limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the country as specified in Section A3. However, it shall be the participant’s sole responsibility and obligation to ensure that he/she complies with and do not contravene any laws to which he/she may be personally subjected to.
