Campaign Period
01 May 2026 - 31 May 2026
Eligibility
This campaign is eligible for customers who (“Eligible Members”) meet the following conditions:
- Exclusive to selected Link members who are the sole recipients of the emails sent from Link Rewards on this campaign between 01 May 2026 and 31 May 2026; and

Make eligible Linkpoints transactions at Caltex on fuel during the Campaign Period using:
- A Link Rewards card, OR
- The FairPrice Group app (Link account must be connected before the transaction), OR
- The CaltexGo app (Link account must be connected before the transaction)
Campaign Details
From 01 May 2026 to 31 May 2026 (“Campaign Period”), Eligible Members can participate in “900 Linkpoints at Caltex (By Email Invite Only)” (“Campaign”).
- The Campaign is organised by NTUC Link Pte Ltd (“Organiser”).
- A user’s participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions and a user is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by virtue of their participation in the Campaign. The Terms and Conditions shall include any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding on all users.
- The Campaign is only eligible to Eligible Members through email invite.
- Eligible Members can earn up to 900 Linkpoints, capped at three (3) Eligible Transactions.
- “Eligible Transaction” refers to a single fuel purchase of at least 25 litres at participating Caltex stations that successfully earns Linkpoints during the Campaign Period.
- Bonus Linkpoints will be awarded as follows:
- 1st Eligible Transaction: +300 Linkpoints
- 2nd Eligible Transaction: +300 Linkpoints
- 3rd Eligible Transaction: +300 Linkpoints
- The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any transactions deemed to be split or manipulated to circumvent campaign limits.
- Bonus Linkpoints are limited to the first 3,000 eligible transactions across all Eligible Members during the Campaign Period.
- A Linkpoints transaction made at a Caltex station that is unable to issue Linkpoints due to unforeseen technical issues will not be eligible for this campaign.
- Purchases for items not eligible for Linkpoints are excluded from this Campaign.
- Payment via the FairPrice Group app is not accepted at Caltex; members only need to earn Linkpoints using the Pay/Earn QR code within the app to complete an Eligible Transaction.
- Promotion is valid at all Caltex service stations in Singapore.
Campaign Terms and Conditions
- Each Link account is considered a unique participant in the campaign.
- The Organiser’s decision shall be final and no correspondence/appeal/enquiry will be entertained.
- Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each participant.
- Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Campaign.
- NTUC Link and its affiliates, together with their advertising and promotion agencies shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the following (i) any additional cost or expense incurred by participants for taking part in this Campaign or in the collection of prizes by winners; (ii) any consequences, including but not limited to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect or damage, that arises out of or in connection with the Campaign or use of the prizes; (iii) intervention by unauthorised parties during the Campaign Period; (iv) electronic or human errors in the administration of the Campaign and processing of entries (including any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet); and (v) any lost or unsuccessful attempts to contact and notify any winners.
- The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Campaign, in whole or in part; (c) change the date and time of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and conclusive.
- No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser should any prize/reward or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with the terms herein.
- All information, including personal data (“Information”) submitted or known to NTUC Link and/or its affiliates in connection with this Campaign will only be used for the purposes set out herein and be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of NTUC Link at https://link.sg/legal/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”).
- The participant agrees to the Organiser’s PDP Policy that sets out details of the Organiser’s personal data protection policy, including how the participant may access and correct his/her personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his/her personal data.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
- These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
