GENERAL

  1. Only persons aged 16 years old and above are eligible to participate in this campaign as hereinafter defined.
  2. Subject to clause 1 above, this campaign is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents, holders of valid employment passes or work permits, with the exception of employees of Galderma (S) Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “us”, “we”, “Cetaphil” or “Galderma”), its affiliate companies, associated agencies, advertising agencies, dealers, distributors, vendors, participating outlets, promoters and their relatives.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the term “Cetaphil” shall also include third parties (including but not limited to any agent, partner, participating establishment and/or contractor) involved in the running and/or mechanics of this voucher redemption and lucky draw.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS, CONDITIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to and shall abide by, the terms and conditions and rules and regulations (the “Terms and Rules”) applicable to and governing this voucher redemption and lucky draw.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

  1. Galderma reserves the right at any time and in its absolute discretion to vary the Terms and Rules (or any part thereof) and/or to withdraw or terminate the giveaway without prior notice or reason.
  2. All decisions made by Galderma in relation to this campaign, its Terms and Rules and any aspect thereof are final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
  3. All Goods and Services (as defined herein) are: 
    • subject to stock availability.
    • not exchangeable for cash or credit unless specifically stated.
    • if unclaimed in accordance with the Terms and Rules or, will be dealt with at Galderma’s sole discretion.
    • Galderma reserves the right to cancel, change, substitute or remove the said products, goods, items, premiums and/or prizes at any time without prior notice.

 

PRIVACY

  1. Galderma collects, uses and discloses participants’ personal information and data in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy at https://cetaphilfriends.com.sg/privacy-policy/. The Privacy and Cookie Policy may be updated from time to time and we encourage participants to check back regularly for updates to the same.
  2. Each participant has the right to access, review and request a physical or electronic copy of the information held about you. Each participant also has the right to request information on the source of your Personal Data. Where provided by law, each participant can (i) request deletion, the portability, correction or revision of your Personal Data; (ii) limit the use and disclosure of his Personal Data; and (iii) revoke consent to any of our data processing activities.
  3. The collection and use of personal data are by Galderma and are only for Cetaphil Baby x FairPrice March 2026 Campaign purposes. 

 

WARRANTY AND USE OF RECORDS

  1. Each participant warrants that any information provided pursuant to this campaign (including but not limited to name, contact details and number(s) and/or addresses) is true, accurate, valid and to be relied upon by Galderma (S) Pte Ltd. Each participant shall be responsible for keeping Galderma informed of any update to the information initially provided, as necessary.
  2. By participating in this campaign, the participants agree to take part in any promotional or publicity exercise as may be conducted by Galderma (S) Pte Ltd. Any record in any medium arising out of or in connection with such promotional or publicity exercise including but not limited to the participants’ performance, appearance, likeness, personal particulars, photographs, audio/visual recordings and/or written responses (the “Records”) shall to the fullest extent permitted by law be the sole property of Galderma and in any case the participants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally at no cost, grant Galderma all consents and waivers necessary for Galderma to make or retain such records and use and/or publish the same in any manner as Galderma shall in its sole discretion deem fit.
  3. Where permissible and to the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant waives all rights which the participant may acquire or have or be entitled to under the law and any subsequent enactment or amendments thereto in respect of or in relation to, the Records.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Galderma accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss, injury, expense, delay or irregularity (“Loss”) arising out of or in connection with the campaign.
  2. In particular and without prejudice to clause 14, Galderma disclaims any liability in respect of any Loss (whether suffered by the participants, their families or third parties) arising from or in connection with or as a result of:
    • any incomplete or inaccurate or illegible information provided by the participants.
    • any third parties’ provision of goods and/or services (including but not limited to any communication, delivery or electronic messaging services).
    • the possession and/or use of the Goods and Services as defined hereafter.
  3. Galderma makes no product representation or warranties, expressed or implied and disclaims any and all liability, as to the condition, quality, merchantability or fitness for use of prizes, premiums, goods, products, items and/or services pertaining and/or provided to or received by the participant pursuant to the voucher redemption and lucky draw (the “Goods and Services”).

 

OTHER TERMS

  1. Unless otherwise stated, Galderma is under no obligation to contact qualified participants to inform them of their redemption. Should Galderma choose to do so, we will make only reasonable efforts to contact winning participants.
  2. Any prize redemption must be supported by original identification and any original receipt/document matching the qualified participant’s registration details. Galderma reserves the right to reject any qualified participant who at the time of prize redemption, cannot produce the necessary original supporting document(s), or if the supporting document(s) is/are defaced, torn, damaged or illegible.
  3. Galderma reserves the right to forfeit any prize redemption that is not successfully delivered within the aforesaid period for any reason whatsoever
  4. Where registration is required prior to participation in this campaign, each participant shall be responsible for furnishing correct and accurate details.
  5. All prizes are subject to the issuing or coordinating organization’s terms and conditions as applicable.
  6. Without prejudice and in addition to any term herein, Galderma shall not be liable for any loss or claim arising from any delay, error or otherwise arising from any communications, hardware or software failure.
  7. Failure to comply with any of the Terms and Rules of this campaign will result in an invalid entry/disqualification.
  8. Without prejudice to any of its other rights, Galderma reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraud and/or reject fraudulent entries as determined in its sole discretion.

 

SCHEDULE 1

Cetaphil Baby x FairPrice March 2026 Campaign TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Galderma will not be responsible for lost, late, damaged, corrupted, illegible, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted communications or to other delays, or errors of any kind in the transmission.
  2. Instances of incomplete entries include, but are not limited to, submissions of receipts and/or screenshots that are unclear or cannot be viewed, incomplete provision of personal information and incorrect entry of email subject.
  3. Galderma shall not be liable for any qualified participant’s provision of incorrect or non-functional contact information.
  4. The redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 100 successful sign-ups with a minimum purchase of $60 on Cetaphil Baby products during the campaign period of 1–31 March 2026, while stocks last. Participants must complete the sign-up via https://www.cetaphilfriends.com.sg/events-and-happenings/cetaphil-baby-gwp-promo-march-2026/ to qualify. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed for the premium.
  5. The Skip Hop Zoo Minipack will be mailed to qualified participants upon successful verification from 06th Apr 2026 onwards via JNT.
  6. In case of any dispute on the selection of the qualified participant and/or the prize, Galderma reserves the right to make the final decision.
  7. Galderma reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the premium offered without notice to the entrants.
  8. Galderma shall engage JNT for the delivery of items to the qualified participants and shall do all things necessary that are within its control to ensure that the items are duly delivered. Galderma shall not be held responsible or liable for any non-delivery or damage caused to the premium that are occasioned by JNT and not within Galderma’s control.
  9. All personal data collected will only be used for the purposes of this campaign. And by submitting this entry, you are consenting your personal data to Galderma for communication purposes via phone or email.
