If you are an existing Link member, you can easily connect your Link account to your FairPrice account via a few ways:
From Account page
On FairPrice Group app

- Open the FairPrice Group app.
- Tap profile icon on top-left of screen.
- Under “Membership”, select Link.
- Tap Connect, and follow the instructions to connect a new or existing Link account.

- Note: You may be asked to verify your Link membership instead if you have already connected a Link account prior. Learn more about verifying your Link account.
On Mobile Web or Desktop
- Login to your FairPrice account.
- At the top of your screen, click on Account.
- Under “Membership”, select Link
- Click Connect, and follow the onscreen instructions to connect your accounts.
- Note: You may be asked to verify your Link membership instead if you have already connected a Link account prior. Learn more about verifying your Link account.
From Scan & Go
- Open the FairPrice Group app.
- Select Grocery in-store.
- Select a store from the list and check in to the selected Scan & Go store.
- On the homepage, tap Link with your Link account and follow the onscreen instructions to connect your accounts.
- Alternatively, in the top right, tap Challenges > Connect.
- Note: If you don’t have an existing Link account, you will be prompted to create one by joining a free Link membership.
From Cart or Checkout page (under Scan & Go)
- Under Scan & Go, go to Cart or Checkout.
- Under “Cart”, tap on Connect your Link membership at the top or Go at the bottom of the screen.
- Alternatively, on “Checkout”, tap on Go at the bottom of the screen.
- Note: If you are not an existing Link member, you will be prompted to connect to a new Link membership instead by joining for free.
If your FairPrice account is created on or after 1st August 2021 and you are:
- new to Link – your account will automatically be connected to a new Link membership upon creating a FairPrice account*. Learn more about the exclusive benefits you are entitled to as a Link member.
- an existing Link member – you will be prompted to connect to your existing Link membership upon creating a FairPrice account. If you do not see this prompt, it means that your account has been automatically connected to a new Link membership* as we were unable to find a matching Link account based on your registered FairPrice account information.
If this is applicable to you and you would like to connect your FairPrice account to an existing Link account instead, reach out to us via the web form, select the topic as “Account Management > Link Membership” and provide us with the details registered to your Link membership.
*Note: A new Link membership will not be issued for new FairPrice accounts created through Apple ID (with hidden email).
