(Applicable to FairPrice Group app versions v8.0.0 and later)
Via FairPrice Group app: Tap Me (bottom right) > Settings.
Via web: Click your profile name (top right) > Settings.
Tap Personal Details to edit your preferred name, mobile number, email and registered address.
- Note: To add/edit your delivery address, refer to this article instead.
To update your password, tap “Account Security” (in Settings) > “Update Password”.
(Applicable to FairPrice Group app versions v7.9.9 and earlier)
You can change your profile details following the below steps.
Via app
Via desktop
1. Click on "Account"
2. Click on "Manage profile"
From there, you will be able to change your "Preferred name", "Mobile number", "Email" and "Password".
