As Singapore's trusted grocery retailer, we are working relentlessly towards our mission to moderate the cost of living.
We have invested in advanced technology for order processing, opened 6 more picking and packing locations across Singapore and hired more than 130 additional personal pickers. They are dedicated staff who pour in long hours preparing orders with careful picking and packing procedures, prioritising the selection of the best products for your order.
To move forward as a sustainable business, keep the same product prices with our stores with added convenience of doorstep delivery, we will be introducing a service fee for all online orders to partially cover the above picking and packing investments.
The service fee was already planned for release this month, but in support of the national efforts in these challenging times, we have made it part of our social commitment to waive the service fee until further notice.

Will the service fee change if I change my delivery timing?
The service fee is a flat fee for all online orders. Any amendment in delivery date, time or item quantity will not affect the service fee.
If I cancel my order, will you refund the service fee?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will be refunded to the same mode of payment, at full amount including all applicable charges. The service fee is charged at $1.80, but is currently waived.

What is the difference between delivery fee and service fee (picking and packing)?
Service fees: For order preparation including picking and packing items into appropriate packaging.
Delivery fee: For the cost of order transportation from the place where it was prepared to your doorstep. Including standard delivery and surcharge for selected high-demand slots.
Why is there delivery surcharge when my order meets the minimum delivery amount?
Surcharges are incurred when the cost of delivery is higher due to high demand.
If I combine my orders, will you refund the service fee and delivery surcharge?
Customers may request to combine orders to a later delivery date. The service fee applies to all online orders and is non-refundable. We will only refund the delivery surcharge for the first order.
Will you refund the service fee and surcharge if delivery is late?
As the delivery was made, both charges will still apply in view of the services rendered. We do apologise for any event that resulted in a late delivery.
What happens to the service fee and delivery surcharge when some items become unavailable after I placed the order?
Both charges will still apply as the services were rendered and a delivery on the remaining items was made to your delivery address. We do apologise for any inconveniences caused arising from an amendment.
