Yes. Your order can be left outside your door if there are no chilled and frozen items.
After placing an order, please use the web form to indicate your request in the delivery instructions.
Alternatively, you may reach us via chat at go.fpg.sg/helpcentre. For all unsuccessful deliveries, if authorisation to leave the items outside the unit has been provided, your order will be placed at your doorstep.
Please note as part of our sustainability efforts, not all items will be bagged. You may refer to this article for more information on our bagging policy.
