You can still log in via a 6-digit OTP sent to the email you use for your FairPrice account.
However, if you prefer to reset your password, follow the steps below:
- On the Login page, tap “Log in with password” > “Forgot password”.
- Enter the registered email address you use for your FairPrice account and click “Send”.
- Check your email for a “Set new password” link sent to you.
- Enter your new password in the “New password” field. Enter the same password in the “Confirm password” field. Click “Save”.
- Go to www.fairprice.com.sg to log in with your email address and new password. You’ve successfully reset your password!
