No physical receipts are provided in store. However, you can download a printable PDF tax invoice after collecting your order:
- Tap "Me" > "Activity History" > "Pre-order Pick Up".
- Tap "View More" under "Looking for older transactions?".
(Note: Before collection, you can only view an order summary under "Past invoices".)

No. The app receipt can be retrieved by accessing the ‘Activity’ tab on your Account Page. At the Account page, click on the pre-order tab to view all the pre-orders you have placed.
You can also download a printable PDF copy of your tax invoice from the app once your order is marked as collected. This can be accessed via the specific order detail page. Scroll down to the bottom of the app receipt and select “View Invoice” to retrieve the order receipt.

For In-Store Orders
Yes, you will receive a physical receipt if you make an order in-store and pay at the counter with the order QR code.
For FairPrice Group App Orders
You will not receive a physical receipt for orders placed via the app. The app receipt can be retrieved by accessing the ‘Activity’ tab on your Account Page. At the Account page, click on the pre-order tab to view all the pre-orders you have placed.
