A new company starts off at Pending status in Credit Control. To apply, click the 3-dot menu and select Apply, then upload your supporting financial document to request a limit.
Your status changes to Requesting while FairPrice reviews the application. The approval tiers will scale with the amount requested. Once approved, status becomes Activated and the credit limit is available to use at checkout, with no upfront payment needed.
An activated limit can later be blocked, unblocked, or adjusted from Credit Control; every change is logged.
