Scan & Win Promotion

Promotion Period: 12 March – 28 April 2026

Eligibility: 

• Scan and scratch at the entrance of all FairPrice stores to unlock daily surprises. These promotions are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated.

1. Who is eligible to participate and to receive the vouchers?

All FairPrice Group app users are eligible to participate and receive the vouchers.

2. What rewards are available?

Rewards or vouchers may vary for each individual and are distributed at FairPrice Group’s discretion. Visit our stores to scan and scratch to find out your surprise.

3.  How do I “scan”?

Open the FairPrice Group app and tap on the 'Scan' button at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Then, scan the Golden QR code found at the participating store’s entrance. Upon scanning, you will receive a digital scratch card on the app, which you can scratch to reveal an instant reward.  Please note that rewards are not guaranteed, and some customers may not receive a reward.
Note: Latest FairPrice Group app version required. If you do not see the ‘Scan’ button, you may need to update your version of the FairPrice Group app.

4. How do I redeem the promo codes or vouchers?

The voucher(s) must be applied before making payment for your purchases via the FairPrice Group app.

5.  I didn’t receive any vouchers. Why?

Rewards are not guaranteed, and some customers may not receive any reward.

Rewards or vouchers given may vary for each individual and are distributed at FairPrice Group's discretion.

Customers may not receive a reward or voucher if the issuance or redemption limits for the store have been reached for the day.

6. Where can I “scan”?

You can visit any FairPrice, FairPrice Finest or FairPrice Xtra store. Click here for the full list of stores that support the Scan feature.

KOI and Hydroflask Promotion

Promotion Period: 2 March – 30 April 2026

Eligibility: 

• Spend a minimum of $28 on participating brands (Sensodyne, Polident, Parodontax, and Aquafresh) to redeem a $5 KOI Voucher.
• Spend a minimum of $68 on participating brands (Sensodyne, Polident, Parodontax, and Aquafresh) to redeem a Hydroflask and a $5 KOI Voucher.

Redemption Options: 

Option 1: In-store purchase, online redemption

• Scan the QR code displayed on Point-of-Sale materials (e.g., wobblers) in-store.
• You will be redirected to a website to submit your purchase details.
• Free gifts will be delivered via postal services. Note: Hydroflask colours will be given out at random. 

Option 2: In-store purchase at participating trade show outlets, instant redemption

• Redeem directly with the on-ground Sensodyne promoter at the following outlets and periods:

General Terms

1. Redemption is valid only for purchases made within the promotion period.
2. Each receipt is entitled to one redemption only. Multiple receipts cannot be combined.
3. Free gifts are available while stocks last. Haleon reserves the right to replace gifts with items of similar value without prior notice.
4. Gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other products.
5. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
6. Haleon reserves the right to verify purchase receipts and reject claims that do not meet the stated requirements.
7. Haleon is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or deliveries.
8. By participating, customers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
9. Haleon reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.
