From 1 January, scan and scratch at any FairPrice store entrance to unlock daily surprises. These promotions are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated.
1. Who is eligible to participate and to receive the vouchers?
All FairPrice Group app users are eligible to participate and receive the vouchers.
2. How long is the campaign period for the Chinese New Year 2026 Daily Voucher Drop?
Valid from 1 January 2026 to 4 March 2026. The promotion period is subject to FairPrice Group’s discretion and may change. You may continue to check this FAQ page or refer to the voucher validity period displayed upon scanning the QR Code.
3. What rewards are available?
Rewards or vouchers may vary for each individual and are distributed at FairPrice Group’s discretion. Visit our stores to scan and scratch to find out your surprise.
4. How do I “scan”?
Open the FairPrice Group app and tap on the 'Scan' button at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Then, scan the Golden QR code found at the participating store’s entrance. Upon scanning, you will receive a digital scratch card on the app, which you can scratch to reveal an instant reward. Please note that rewards are not guaranteed, and some customers may not receive a reward.
Note: Latest FairPrice Group app version required. If you do not see the ‘Scan’ button, you may need to update your version of the FairPrice Group app.
5. How do I redeem the promo codes or vouchers?
For in-store redemption:
- The voucher(s) must be applied before making payment for your purchases via the FairPrice Group app.

6. I didn’t receive any vouchers. Why?
- Rewards are not guaranteed, and some customers may not receive any reward.
- Rewards or vouchers given may vary for each individual and are distributed at FairPrice Group's discretion.
- Customers may not receive a reward or voucher if the issuance or redemption limits for the store have been reached for the day.
