There are a couple of common reasons why your auto-applied discount might not be appearing immediately:
- Eligibility: You may not be eligible for the specific discount scheme. Please ensure you meet all the criteria for the discount you're expecting (e.g., specific card type, family composition, designated shopping day).
You can check your eligibility status and a list of applicable discounts by looking for the "Discount schemes" icon within your FairPrice Group app profile.
Please ensure you are the main FairPrice Group account holder, updating your profile using your own Singpass account. If your FairPrice Group app account is not reflecting your eligible discount scheme, please contact our Customer Service hotline at 6380 5858 or here for further assistance.
- Recent Profile Update Lag: If you have just updated your profile using Myinfo, there might be a short system delay for the changes to fully reflect.
We encourage you to update your profile in advance before your next purchase to ensure the system has ample time to process the changes. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the update to take effect.
You can then try making your purchase again after this brief waiting period.
3. Expired CHAS card status: If your verified CHAS Blue / Orange card on the FairPrice Group app has expired, your CHAS discounts will not be automatically applied at checkout.
You can update your FairPrice Group account profile again to continue enjoying auto-applied discounts. The 'Update now' button will automatically appear in your 'Edit profile' page if your CHAS card is expiring within the next 30 days.
