Your eligibility for discount schemes will be determined by the information provided through Myinfo.
After updating your profile using Myinfo, you will see a “Discount scheme” icon under “Account” or “Pay/Earn” that you can tap on to view the full list of eligible discount schemes.

What If I don't see the 'Discount scheme' icon?
- No Eligible Schemes: You may not currently qualify for any active discount schemes.
- Expired CHAS card status: If your CHAS card expires in less than 30 days, the icon may be hidden. Even if the icon is not visible on your screen, you will still enjoy your discounts. As long as your card has not yet reached its expiry date, the system will continue to apply your eligible CHAS Blue / Orange discounts automatically at checkout.
