Celebrate your birthday with exclusive FairPrice rewards! Promotions are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and may not be combined with other vouchers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated.
1. Who is eligible for the birthday communications?
You are eligible if you, by the 25th of the month before your birthday month, meet all of the following criteria:
- You are a FairPrice Group app member
- You have successfully updated your FairPrice Group account profile using Myinfo, with a ‘Last Verified Date’ on or after 22/05/2025.
- You have opted in to receive FairPrice marketing communications (email or push). Email communications preference can be managed at https://www.fairprice.com.sg/accounts?tab=preferences.
2. How will I know if I received a birthday promotion?
Eligible customers will receive a birthday email and/or push notification during their birthday month with their promotion(s). If you’re eligible, your voucher will also appear in your FairPrice Group app wallet.
3. What birthday promotions are available?
Rewards or vouchers given may vary for each individual and are distributed at FairPrice Group's discretion.
4. How do I redeem my promotions?
If you are eligible for the birthday promotions, please refer to the Email or Push Notification for the respective Terms and Conditions
6. Can I use the voucher more than once?
No. Each birthday voucher is limited to one-time use and cannot be stacked with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
7. I didn’t receive any vouchers. Why?
Some possible reasons:
- You’re not subscribed to FairPrice marketing emails/push notifications.
- You’ve not updated your profile using Myinfo. You may follow the steps here.
- The ‘Last Verified date’ for your Myinfo-verified FairPrice Group app profile was before 22 May 2025. You may follow the steps here to update your profile.
- The rewards or vouchers given may vary for each individual and are distributed at the discretion of FairPrice Group.
- The voucher has expired (after 31 days).
