Eligibility
These communications (“Birthday Promotions”) are open to selected customers (“Eligible Customers”) who, by the 25th of the month before their birthday month, meet all of the following criteria:
- Are existing members of the FairPrice Group app.
- Has successfully updated their FairPrice Group account profile via Myinfo, with a ‘Last Verified Date’ on or after 22/05/2025.
- Have received an official email, SMS, or app push notification from FairPrice confirming their eligibility for the respective Birthday Promotion.
- The rewards or vouchers given may vary for each individual and are distributed at the discretion of FairPrice Group.
General Terms & Conditions
- Promotions are valid only during the Eligible Customer’s birthday month (e.g. 1-30 September 2025).
- Each promotion is non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and may not be combined with other vouchers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated.
- The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part; (c) change the date and time of the Promotion. In the event of a dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and conclusive.
- No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser should any prize/reward or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with the terms herein.
- By participating in the Promotion, the participants agree that the Organiser may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data as provided in the Link membership application, for the following purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Organiser’s Personal Data Protection Policy (“PDP Policy”) available at https://help.fairprice.com.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4464676591129-Privacy-Notice-: (i) to provide any marketing materials that the participants have agreed to receive; and (ii) for any and all purposes set out in the Organiser’s PDP Policy.
- The participant agrees to the Organiser’s PDP Policy that sets out details of the Organiser’s personal data protection policy, including how the participant may access and correct his/her personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his/her personal data.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
- These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

2X Linkpoints at FairPrice Finest Promotion
Terms & Conditions
- Customers are required to opt-in via the official Email or Push Notification informing them of their eligibility.
- Only transactions made after opt-in and during the birthday month will be eligible for the bonus Linkpoints.
- Bonus Linkpoints will be credited to customers’ account by the 15th of the following month
- Promotion is only applicable at FairPrice Finest stores listed below.
- Purchases of cigarettes, prescription and pharmacy-only medicines, statutory items (4D, Singapore Sweep, Toto), infant milk powder (0-12 months), disposable carrier bag charge, and gift vouchers are excluded from qualifying spend towards this promotion.
- Bonus Linkpoints will be reflected in your Link Rewards transaction history. You can access this via the FairPrice Group app > Rewards > My Linkpoints
- Please present the FairPrice Group app, Link card or your Link QR code in MyNTUC app to the cashier if you are shopping at physical stores. For payment via the FairPrice Group app at physical stores, please ensure your Link membership is linked with your FairPrice online account before checkout.
- For eligible members to participate in the campaign, Link members must have their Link membership account linked to the FairPrice Group app via a registered phone number or card number before making payment via the app in-store.
- Each Link account is considered as a unique participant in the campaign.
- The Campaign is organised by FairPrice Group Co-operative Ltd (collectively, the “Organiser”).
- Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations, and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each participant.

- Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- FairPrice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of this Birthday Promotion at any time without prior notice.
