If you encounter an error while updating your profile with Myinfo, please try the following:
A. Ensure that you have a valid Singpass account and have activated it on the Singpass app.
B. Check that your FairPrice Group app is the most updated version (Android: ver 6.74.0 / iOS ver 6.69.0). To check, tap “Account” icon and scroll all the way down and look for ‘Version’.
C. Check your internet connection and try again.
D. If you are an android user, ensure that Chrome is your default browser app. You may follow these steps: Under Phone Settings > Apps > Choose default apps > Browser app > Chrome.
