How do I add items to my cart?

(Applicable to FairPrice Group app versions v8.0.0 and later)

1. You will first need to be checked-in to the Scan & Go store. Refer to this article on how to start. 
2. Place the item barcode within the frame of the scanner.
3. Select your desired quantity.
4. Start scanning your items by simply pointing the scanner to the item’s product barcode and the item will be added to your cart.

Once you are done scanning all the items in your basket, tap "View Cart" to review, and then "Checkout" to proceed to the payment page. 

Note: If you are unable to scan the item barcode, tap the keypad icon at the top left corner of the scanner. Barcode numbers can be found within the product barcode. Alternatively, feel free to approach our staff for assistance.

(Applicable to FairPrice Group app versions v7.9.9 and earlier)

It's easy! Tap on the scanner icon on the bottom right-hand corner to begin adding items to your cart.

1. Place the item barcode within the frame of the scanner
2. Select your desired quantity
3. Start scanning your items by simply pointing the scanner to the item’s product barcode and the item will be added to your cart.

Once you're done with scanning all the items in your basket, tap on the cart icon (top right) to proceed to the payment page.

Note: If you are unable to scan the item barcode, tap on the "enter barcode number" button and input the barcode numbers found on the product. Alternatively, do approach our friendly staff for assistance.
