How do I begin using Scan & Go?

You can now access Scan & Go via the FairPrice Group app!

For a smoother experience, do download the FairPrice Group app on your phone before arriving at the store. To begin using Scan & Go, follow these steps:

  1. Launch the FairPrice Group app
  2. Tap on the Scan & Go icon on the top right-hand corner.
  3. Check-in to the store via GPS (by switching on the location services on your device) or scan the store QR code displayed on the entrance, basket stickers, or along product shelves.
