Open your E-Voucher URL to view the balance.
If the E-Voucher is stored in your FairPrice Group account, tap ‘Me’ on the homepage and click on ‘E-Voucher’.
(Applicable to FairPrice Group app versions v7.9.9 and earlier)
Open up the E-Voucher URL that you have and you can view the balance there.
If you have stored your E-Voucher to the FairPrice account, access “Vouchers” under your account to view the balance of the E-Voucher if it has not been fully redeemed.
