Refund eligibility depends on whether any membership benefits have been used during the current membership term. Membership benefits are considered utilised once you have applied the 8% member discount to a purchase, or registered for or attended a Just Wine Club event.
If no benefits have been used, including not registered to an event: You may be eligible for a refund. Once processed, your membership will end immediately.
Example: Danny signs up for a 1-year membership in February 2026. In February 2026, he decided to cancel. Because he has not used his 8% discount or attended any events since signing up, he is eligible for a refund.
If any benefits have been used, including registered to an event: A refund will not be issued. However, your membership will remain active until the end of your current membership period.
Example: Sarah signs up for a 1-year membership in February 2026. In March, she uses her 8% discount to buy a few bottles of wine. When she decides to cancel in June 2026, no refund is issued because she has already enjoyed the member benefits. Her membership will remain active until it completes its full cycle in January 2027.
