You must ensure the payment card linked to your FairPrice Group app account is valid and up to date prior to the renewal date. If your card details are outdated or payment fails, your auto-renewal will not re-attempt the charge, your JWC membership will be terminated immediately, and all associated benefits will become invalid. To restore your benefits, you will need to sign up for a new membership manually.
