Winners will be notified by phone or email. Lucky draw results will usually be published on our website within 7 working days from the draw date.
Do note that only lucky draw winners will be notified. There will be no notifications for those who have participated but have not won any prizes.
To check for lucky draw results from the mobile app, do follow these steps:
- Go to Account
- Go to Play and Win from either the app homepage, Account or Rewards page.
- Tap on the lucky draw you wish to check results for, which can be an Active or Past lucky draw (found under History)
- Tap See who won - this will be available when results have been published
