This change only affects the QR code within MyNTUC app. You may continue to earn and redeem Linkpoints via the following ways:
- FairPrice Group app: Simply tap the ‘Pay/Earn’ button on the app homepage and scan the QR code at the cashier/self checkout counter.
If you have not yet installed the app, please download it via the Apple App Store/Google Play Store.
To ensure your NTUC Union membership is linked, please sign up/log in using your registered NTUC Union membership email address or mobile number.
- Physical cards: Present your NTUC Card, NTUC Link Credit/Debit Card or Trust+ Card at any cashier/self checkout counter
