How can I redeem the E-Vouchers and promo codes I stored in Vouchers ?

To redeem when shopping on FairPrice Online, follow these steps.

1. Tap ‘Add’ in the ‘Voucher code’ section in your cart
2. Select one or more E-vouchers or promo codes from Vouchers. Alternatively, manually add a new one in the ‘Enter voucher code’ field
3. Proceed to checkout

To redeem vouchers when using FairPrice Scan & Go, follow these steps:

1. Tap ‘Add’ in the ‘Voucher code’ section in your cart
2. Select one or more vouchers from your Voucher Wallet. Alternatively, manually add a NEW voucher in the ‘Enter voucher code’ field
3. Proceed to checkout

To redeem vouchers when you are in our FairPrice stores, follow these steps:

1. Launch your FairPrice Group app and tap ‘Rewards’ on the home page 
2. Tap on the ‘Vouchers’ tab to go to your Voucher Wallet
3. Select a voucher to redeem. For more details on the voucher, tap ‘View’
4. Tap ‘Use now’ and present the QR code at any payment counter

To redeem vouchers while using Pay via FairPrice Group App, follow these steps:

1. Tap on ‘Add’ next to voucher code
2. Select one or more vouchers from your Voucher Wallet. Alternatively, manually add a new voucher in the ‘Enter voucher code’ field
