I hold a Link card issued directly from the FairPrice stores. Can I earn and redeem Linkpoints if I have not registered the card?

You will need to first register the Link card before you can earn and redeem Linkpoints. You may do so by connecting your FairPrice account to the Link card by following these steps:

On FairPrice Group app

1. Open the FairPrice Group app.
2. Tap profile icon on top-left of screen.
3. Under “Membership”, select Link.
4. Tap Connect.
5. From the page shown, select No, connect another membership OR I have an existing Link membership.
6. Select Link Card Number option and input the 16-digit card number.

Note: If you did not register the Link card, you will only be able to earn Linkpoints when you use it on your purchases, and would not be able to redeem the accumulated Linkpoints in the card.
