Voucher details:
- Voucher must be used in-store before the expiry date stated
- Voucher received from Finest stores is valid for use at FairPrice Finest Stores only
- Voucher is valid for one transaction fully paid through the FairPrice Group app
- The qualifying minimum spend is based on the final transaction amount after any and all discounts, promotions and offers have been applied, and before any redemption of Linkpoints, unless otherwise stated.
- Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable
- Voucher cannot be sold or exchanged for cash
How to use voucher:
- Before scanning the app QR at the Payment screen, tap ‘Add vouchers’
- Select the vouchers to use and tap ‘Apply’

“Scan” details
Customers may scan a QR code at the entrance of selected FairPrice store(s) to receive exclusive rewards and vouchers.
- This feature is available only at selected stores.
- Customers must be physically present at the specific FairPrice store(s) and scan the QR Code to receive their app-exclusive voucher or view app-exclusive content.
- Customers must check in to the store/outlet to get the digital scratch card. The check-in may be done via GPS location access or scanning the QR code at the store entrance.
- The rewards or vouchers given may vary for each individual and are distributed at FairPrice Group's discretion.
- Rewards or voucher mechanics are subject to change at any time.
- Depending on the limits set, customers may not get a reward or voucher if issuance and/or redemption limits have been reached for the store for the day.
- Each store/outlet may have different voucher conditions and rewards. These conditions and rewards are subject to change at any time at FairPrice Group's discretion.
- The usage terms and conditions for each voucher are specific to the individual voucher for example store validity, expiry dates, redemption limits. These examples of voucher terms are non-exhaustive; Please refer to the terms stated on the voucher for details
- The rewards or vouchers given are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
