Can I use the Link membership details on the FairPrice Group app to earn or redeem Linkpoints at FairPrice physical stores instead of relying on the physical card?

Yes you can. As long as you have connected a Link membership to your FairPrice account, you will be able to earn and redeem Linkpoints using the Pay / Earn feature on the FairPrice Group app.

Here’s how you can do so using the app at the physical store at the point of checkout: 

At the cashier counter:

1. From your FairPrice Group app, tap on Pay / Earn.
2. At this stage, you can select to redeem your Linkpoints and determine the choice of card for the purchase. 
3. Once selected, present the QR code to the cashier. 
4. You will be notified that your payment is being processed. Once your payment is complete, you should receive an e-receipt at your registered email, which you can also view from the app. 

At the self-checkout counter:

1. On the self-checkout screen, under Loyalty and Discounts, select the FairPrice Group app option.
2. From your FairPrice Group app, tap on Pay / Earn.
3. At this stage, you can select to redeem your Linkpoints and determine the choice of card for the purchase. 
4. Use the handheld scanner to scan the QR code from your app. 
5. On the self-checkout screen, under Select Payment Type, select Pay via FairPrice Group app option. 
6. Once your payment is complete, you should receive an e-receipt sent to your registered email, which you can also view from the app.
