- Android: 5.0 or later
- Some phones may not be compatible with the FairPrice Group app as they are not on the above mentioned two operating systems. We apologize for this inconvenience.
2. If the above does not work, check if you have the latest version of the app. Go to App Store / PlayStore, search FairPrice, click on the FairPrice Group app and check if there’s an update available.
3. If you’re already on the app’s latest version, kindly close and relaunch the app.
4. If the above does not work, please check if your network strength is working.
5. If the above does not work, consider using the store’s public Wi-Fi (only available at VivoCity).
6. If the above does not work, uninstall and re-install the app
7. If all of the above still does not work, we apologise for the inconvenience, please pay for your purchase at the cashier or self check-out instead
