How do I use a reward which I have redeemed earlier using my Linkpoints?

Using a reward at FairPrice Stores (via in-app Voucher)

1. Pick up the item you have redeemed and go to the checkout counter.
2. In the FairPrice Group app, tap the “Pay/Earn” button.
3. Tap “Add Vouchers”, select your redeemed reward voucher, and tap “Apply”.
4. Scan the QR code at the Payment screen to complete the transaction.

Using a reward at Cheers, FairPrice Xpress, Kopitiam, Food Folks, Link Partner Stores (via PIN Code)

1. Open the FairPrice Group app and go to Rewards > My Vouchers.
2. Select the “Partner” tab, choose your reward, and tap “Use Now”.
3. Show the PIN number screen to the staff or enter the PIN code yourself to use the reward.

Using a reward Online (via Promo Code)

1. Go to Rewards > My Vouchers in your app.
2. Select the Partner tab, choose your reward, and tap “Use Now”.
3. Tap the “Copy” icon and paste the code at checkout on the partner's website.
4. After using the code, return to the app and tap “Mark as used”.
