E-Gift Vouchers are prepaid digital vouchers that you can give your customers, guests, employees, and loved ones as gifts.
Recipients can tap the E-Gift Voucher link to view the E-Gift Voucher in a web browser and scan the QR code in-store during checkout, or store the E-Gift Voucher in their FairPrice Group account for later use.

An E-Gift Voucher can be used multiple times until the balance runs out or until expiry. Only the total transaction amount can be deducted from the E-Gift Voucher; the recipient cannot choose a specific value to be deducted. If the balance is below the transaction amount, the E-Gift Voucher can be used and the remaining balance can be paid via other payment methods.
They are not valid for purchases from Marketplace sellers on FPG Services or for pre-ordered items on the FairPrice Group app.

To redeem your E-Gift Vouchers, you can either:
- Tap on the URL in the email/SMS you received, present the QR code during checkout in-store, or copy the code to check out online until you deplete the voucher value. Or,
- Store it in your FairPrice account and you’ll never lose or forget about it anymore!
