The Just Wine Club (“JWC” or “JWC membership”) is owned and operated by NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Limited (“FairPrice”, “us”, “we” or “our”). By agreeing to join the JWC Programme, you agree to the Terms and Conditions ("JWC T&Cs”) stated below. These T&Cs are supplemental to the FairPrice Terms & Conditions (“FPG T&Cs”), which govern your general use of the FPG Services, FPG Account, and Data Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between these JWC T&Cs and the general FPG T&Cs, these JWC T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency regarding the JWC Programme.
A. ELIGIBILITY, REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL

To be a member of JWC Programme (“JWC Member”):
You must have an existing valid account with FairPrice Online at https://www.fairprice.com.sg/;
You are an existing member of the Link Rewards Programme;
You must be aged eighteen (18) years or above. Under the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act of Singapore, it is an offence for persons under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol.
Account holders of FairPrice Shop for Business are not eligible for JWC membership and benefits. JWC membership benefits are strictly personal to the account holder, non-transferable, and not applicable for corporate purchases.
Membership fees for JWC Programme are at the prevailing rate displayed at the point of registration. FairPrice may at any time at its sole discretion, revise the membership fees.
JWC membership can be cancelled at any time. To manage your membership status, navigate to the 'Memberships' section of the JWC portal.
Unless you notify us in writing or via the FPG App that you want to cancel or do not want to auto-renew, you understand your JWC membership will continue to renew automatically until terminated. You authorize us to collect the relevant membership fee and use your registered debit card, credit card, or any other eligible payment method on record.
If payment fails on the renewal date, we will notify you via email and attempt to charge the fees for the next 7 days. Your JWC membership will be terminated and all benefits invalidated if payment is unsuccessful at the end of the aforesaid period.
By continuing to use FairPrice Online and in-store as a JWC Member, you agree that the latest published JWC T&Cs apply.
B. BENEFITS

Subject to compliance with these T&Cs, JWC Members are entitled to:
8% Discount on red wine, white wine, rose wine, dessert wine, sparkling wine and champagne purchases at all FairPrice supermarkets, FairPrice Finest, and FairPrice Xtra stores, as well as FairPrice Online.
The JWC discount is applicable to the final prevailing price (including promotional prices, if any), unless otherwise stated.
Invitations to JWC events, including but not limited to wine-tasting sessions, pairing dinners, and private sales, subject to availability and additional terms.

The JWC discount does not apply to:
Wines supplied and sold by Marketplace sellers through the FairPrice Group app or FairPrice website.
Promotions, and product availability may vary by store, channel, or promotional period.
Participation in JWC events may be subject to additional event-specific terms, including but not limited to separate ticket purchases and limited capacity.
FairPrice adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol practices and reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual from an event where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or excessively intoxicated.
All other terms of the Link Rewards Programme apply. Linkpoints are earned based on the final subtotal after all discounts have been applied.
C. VARIATIONS AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to amend, modify, vary, suspend, or terminate the JWC Programme, in whole or in part, including but not limited to membership benefits, eligibility and enrolment criteria, membership fees, and these T&Cs, at any time at our sole discretion. Subject to clause 15, such changes may be made without prior notice.
In the event of a suspension of JWC Programme or a JWC account, members may not be able to use some or all of the benefits under the JWC Programme during the suspension period.
We will use reasonable endeavours to give JWC Members reasonable notice of any material changes (such as changes to membership fees or core benefits) to these T&Cs or to the JWC Programme. However, it remains the responsibility of JWC Members to be updated on changes to the T&Cs. JWC Members are therefore advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes that we have made. JWC Members will not receive any compensation from us in the event of modification or suspension of the JWC Programme. Your continued membership after we change these T&Cs constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your JWC membership.

We reserve the right to:
terminate the JWC Programme for any reason by giving 7 days' notice on our websites/app.
permanently disable or suspend a JWC account in the event of fraud, attempted fraud, compromised accounts or inappropriate use (including but not limited to the use of JWC benefits for business or corporate purchases, resale purposes, or inaccurate, false, misleading information supplied by the JWC Member);
terminate or suspend a JWC membership if we reasonably determine that such action is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law, regulation, regulatory requirements, internal compliance policies, or to manage legal, regulatory, financial crime, sanctions, or reputational risk;
terminate a member's JWC membership if, in FairPrice's reasonable opinion, the member has breached any of these JWC T&Cs or abused/misused JWC membership benefits; and/or
clawback and/or fully charge the Member for the full amount of any JWC benefits utilised (including but not limited to discounts, event admissions, and physical gifts/rewards) through fraudulent usage or in violation of these T&Cs.
In addition, FairPrice reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits for any individual whose behavior at JWC events or The Grocer Bar is unsafe, disruptive, excessively intoxicated, or violates the responsible service of alcohol practices, as may be more particularly described in the FPG T&Cs.
In the case of a termination and/or suspension of a JWC account, we will not be liable to JWC Member for any unused JWC benefits.
We shall not be liable for any system malfunction, system failure, or disruption in accessing JWC, or the failure of any computers, machines, or communication systems outside of our control, or any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the same.
JWC Members may cancel their membership at any time via the FairPrice website or mobile application (the “Platform”). All membership fees paid are strictly non-refundable, whether in full or in part, including any unused portion of the membership period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current membership period and members will retain access to benefits until expiry
FairPrice may, at its sole and absolute discretion, grant a refund exception on a case by case basis. Any refund will be made to your original payment mode. If you have made payment via credit card, the refund will be reflected in your credit card statement depending on your billing cycle.
For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation of your JWC membership will not result in an automatic termination of your FairPrice Online account.
D. DATA PROTECTION
The collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will be in accordance with the FairPrice Personal Data Protection Policy.

By participating in and using the JWC Programme, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms of FairPrice’s PDP Policy. We collect data from and about our JWC Members for the following purposes:
to keep track of and consolidate JWC Member's preferences, purchase records so that FairPrice may tailor to our products and services to serve our JWC Members better;
to allocate benefits according to JWC Member's purchase records;
to update JWC Members about our sales programs (e.g. promotions, news, brand offerings, etc.); and
all other purposes set out in FairPrice’s PDP Policy.
24. We shall be entitled to disclose your data to the following persons and entities:
solicitors for purposes of legal advice, settlement of dispute or litigation to protect our interest;
our affiliates and/or subcontractors that manage JWC Programme (for the purposes including, but not limited to collaborating, administering, maintaining, and participating in JWC Programme and related marketing, business, and programming);
judicial, administrative and regulatory bodies who issue orders/subpoenas requiring the disclosure of your information, provided that the information is relevant to the proceedings to which the disclosure of information about you is required;
to a statistician for analytics or research purposes;
where law requires such disclosure; and
to any other persons or entities in accordance with the disclosure parameters set out in FairPrice’s PDP Policy.
JWC Members are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data submitted to us. JWC Members have the right to request for the amendment or deletion of his/her data provided to us.
In case your JWC account has been compromised, please contact us at 6380 5858 as soon as possible to report the issue.
E. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Our decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the JWC Programme shall be final and binding on all JWC Members.
In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the JWC Programme, these T&Cs shall prevail.
No failure or delay on the part of FairPrice in exercising any right or remedy under these T&Cs will operate as a waiver of such right or remedy, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of such right or remedy. Any waiver by FairPrice of its right or remedy in respect of any of these T&Cs or any breach of these T&Cs by JWC Member shall be made in writing and may be given subject to such conditions as may be imposed by FairPrice, and shall only be effective in the instance and for the purpose for which the waiver was given.
The terms of these T&Cs are severable and distinct from one another and if at any time any of the terms in these T&Cs or any part thereof is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
FairPrice shall have the right to assign JWC Programme and/or any of its rights, obligations or liabilities hereunder to any persons or entities without the consent of JWC Members. JWC Members shall not have any right to assign any of its rights, obligations or liabilities hereunder to any persons or entities without the prior written consent of FairPrice.
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. Any claim or disagreement arising out of or in connection with the JWC Programme shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution procedures set out in the overarching FPG T&Cs, which include submission for mediation at the Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE) prior to any court proceedings.
FairPrice shall not be liable if we are unable to perform our obligations under these T&Cs due to a Force Majeure Event. A 'Force Majeure Event' includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, public enemies, labour disputes, fires, riots, wars, embargoes, epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease, floods, unusually severe weather, the failure of any computers, machines or communication systems, or any other events outside the reasonable control of FairPrice or its agents. In such events, FairPrice will use reasonable commercial efforts to mitigate the effect of the Force Majeure Event.
In addition to other limitations and exclusions in these T&Cs, in no event will we or our directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to JWC Programme. Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the last membership fee you paid. These exclusions and limitations of liability will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive cancellation or termination of your JWC membership. You acknowledge that participation in JWC events and consumption of alcoholic beverages at The Grocer Bar or other partnered venues are undertaken entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FairPrice assumes no liability for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from your attendance at JWC events, the consumption of alcohol, or interactions with third-party brand partners and vendors. Furthermore, FairPrice reserves the right to refuse service or entry without refund to any individual who appears intoxicated or violates Responsible Service of Alcohol practices.
A person who is not a party to these T&Cs shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these T&Cs.
These JWC T&Cs are supplemental to the FPG Terms & Conditions. Matters not explicitly covered in these JWC T&Cs (including but not limited to intellectual property, general FPG account security, and website terms of use) shall be governed by the overarching FPG T&Cs. In the event of any inconsistency between these JWC T&Cs and the FPG T&Cs, these JWC T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency strictly regarding the JWC Programme.
