You can update your email preferences in the following ways:
1. Through your FairPrice account
- Log in via the FairPrice app or website
- Go to “My Account” → “Preferences” → “Notifications”
- Select or deselect the email categories you’d like to receive
Changes will take effect within 3 working days.
(The steps are the same for both the app and website.)
2. From any marketing email you receive
- Click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email
- You will be unsubscribed from that specific category (e.g. Unity, Cheers)
Unsubscribing from one email will only remove you from that category. You may still receive emails from other categories you are subscribed to.
